Ethan seemed satisfied with that solution. I like to think that--good or bad--what goes around comes around. I know Heavenly Father blesses us for our choosing the right.Larahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08711571670184791225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34239853.post-38428428468311420442008-01-08T17:26:00.000-07:002008-01-08T17:26:00.000-07:00At the Children's Place they had a buy one get one...At the Children's Place they had a buy one get one half off sale the other day. I purchased some items and when I got home I realized they had given me a shirt for FREE instead of half off. So I went back to the store and the YOUNG GIRL working there looked at me like I was some sort off weirdo for asking her to charge me the right amount. But the assistant-manager was SURPRISE and thanked me and she gave me a 15% discount on my receipt and credited the difference<BR/>in my account for being honest.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34239853.post-67049833988144406902008-01-08T16:59:00.000-07:002008-01-08T16:59:00.000-07:00Thanks for sharing, Susan. Honesty is truly a lifelong pursuit -- we need to always be on our guard and stories like this help us to do so.Blakehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02921201926557097209noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34239853.post-9018752280586863202008-01-08T14:20:00.000-07:002008-01-08T14:20:00.000-07:00Just so you know "chain reader" is me, Shelley! The evil side of me thought--"Hey, now I can spend more money for Anna for Christmas." ( I felt severely limited in my Christmas budget!) But the good side of me won, and I drove 15 minutes to the mall to take it back, and they were nice and took $5.00 off.Shelleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18408471966661831444noreply@blogger.com
