Well, Haley turned 3 today. I still remember holding her for the first time. I remember she came out pail because the cord was wrapped several times around her neck. I didn't get to hold her for the first 3 hours of her life. I sat in a room all by myself as doctors worked to get some color in her skin. I remember what an amazing miracle my Heavenly Father had given me as I finally got to hold one of his choicest children.
Despite all the tantrums and hardships I have had as I have raised her, I can safely say, she is one of the most amazing blessings in my life. Happy Birthday to my first baby, Haley!

I didn't know that about Haley and her umbilical cord. That must have been such a drag! She is so cute! I just love her. Tell her we'll sing the pink song when I see her again.
